Wroclaw Racecourse stables host about 200 horses which are trained and raced here. But horses from Wroclaw compete not only here – they are often raced at other racecourses, at home and abroad, where they score numerous wins.
The year 2018 was particulary abundant in victories outside Wroclaw. Horses trained at Partynice yards have won at Warsaw Racecourse and Sopot Hippodrome, but most notably they were very successful abroad. The most spectacular achievement was Fazza Al Khalediah’s triumph at Parislongchamp where the horse trained by Michal Borkowski won the prestigious G1 Qatar Arabian World Cup with 1,000,000 EUR prize money, and was also victorious at Milan.
Zarra has won a race in Berlin and Inferna has won a race at Most, Czech Republic; both horses are trained by Robert Swiatek at his yard in Wroclaw. Haad Rin, another horse from his yard, has won two international races at Wroclaw Racecourse – the Wielka Partynicka Hurdle and the Lower Silesia Voivodeship Steeplechase.
